Programme Agreement
Agreement between
The Coach Mitchell Atiba Tuckette-Williamson, operating as The Craft (a programme of Spill)
The Student
Section 01

The Programme

The Craft is a six-module competition bartending curriculum designed to prepare professional bartenders to perform at the highest level. This agreement covers the Student's enrolment in The Craft programme, including full access to the curriculum library and individual coaching sessions.

Section 02

What This Programme Includes

01 Full curriculum access — all six modules: The Bartender's Foundation, Spirits, Cocktail Science, Building a Spec, Event Operations, and Competition Prep
02 Digital library access — workbooks, reference materials, and session resources, available from Enrolment Date
03 One onboarding session — to establish goals, assess current level, and build a preparation plan together
04 Three one-hour individual coaching sessions — scheduled at intervals agreed between Coach and Student, to be completed within the programme window
05 Written session notes and personalised feedback — provided by the Coach following each coaching session
Section 03

Student Obligations

Section 04

Programme Fee

Enrolment Date means the date payment is received or, where the programme is invoiced to an employer or association, the date the invoice is issued.

Programme fee5,000 NOK
MVA (25%)1,250 NOK
Total due6,250 NOK

Payment is due in full upon enrolment, or per the terms of an issued invoice. Coaching sessions are activated upon the Enrolment Date.

Section 05

Refund Policy

No refunds. Access to the digital library is granted immediately upon the Enrolment Date and constitutes immediate delivery of programme content. Coaching sessions may be rescheduled within the programme window but are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Right of withdrawal. Where the Student enrols as a consumer at a distance, Norwegian law (angrerettloven) grants a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because access to the digital library is delivered immediately upon the Enrolment Date, the Student expressly requests and consents to that delivery beginning before the withdrawal period has expired, and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost once delivery of the digital content has begun. Enrolments invoiced to an employer or an association are business purchases, to which the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Section 06

Programme Window

All coaching sessions — including the onboarding session — must be completed within 12 months of the Enrolment Date. Sessions not completed within this window are forfeited without refund.

Section 07

Intellectual Property

All curriculum, workbooks, methodologies, materials, frameworks, and content within The Craft programme are the exclusive intellectual property of Mitchell Atiba Tuckette-Williamson / Spill. The Student is granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials solely for their own professional development. No material may be reproduced, shared, taught, adapted, or distributed in any form without prior written consent.

Section 08

Confidentiality

Session content, feedback, personalised assessments, and any materials shared during coaching are for the Student's personal use only and may not be shared with third parties.

Section 09

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to Norwegian jurisdiction.
